You earn FREE treatments using “points”.
Become a regular and we keep track of your purchases with 10% of the services you buy going towards a free service of your choice. Each “point” is worth $1 and your “points” total can be checked with our receptionist or look at the bottom of your last receipt to see what your total is today. To qualify for a free treatment you must be able to fully pay for treatment (less GST) with your points.
At checkout we will tell you if you have enough points to get the treatment you just had for free. It often comes as a very pleasant surprise!
When you recommend a friend to come to Waxnlaser for the first time we reward you both!
Your friend receives 20% off their first treatment with us and you receive 20% off your next treatment. Refer five friends to us and in addition we’ll give you a free treatment of your choice.

When you have more than one waxing treatment in the same appointment you will get the following discounts (excludes eye treatments):
Any 2 …………….. 15% off both
Any 3 …………….. 20% off all
Any 4 or more …. 25% off all

Points are not available to be used with any other offer or with combo discounts and will expire if not used after 24 months.
Points must be used to fully pay for a treatment and can’t be used to partially pay.
Points are calculated ex GST but when you use them to pay for your free treatment we take the GST off the price.
Referral discounts can only apply once, i.e. the first time your friend goes to any Waxnlaser clinic.
Points or Referral Discounts are not transferrable to any other person but can be transferred between clinics.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show (or late arrival) to an appointment may require full payment if it’s a discounted prepaid treatment. Otherwise there’s no penalty but you may by asked to prepay future appointments if it happens too often. You will be given plenty of warnings about this. Prepaid appointments will be charged in full if you then late cancel or no-show.
Vouchers may be cancelled. From time to time we may give you a voucher for free or discounted treatments and we reserve the right to cancel this voucher if you late cancel (less than 24 hours) or don’t show for your appointment.
Prepayment credits and vouchers are not transferable to any other person.
PREPAYMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
This refers to prepaid laser treatments:
Refunds are based on the balance after deducting the number of treatments given recalculated at the regular price (if discounted) plus a $50 cancellation fee.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show (or too late arrival) of appointments will be charged in full as if you had the treatment. There’s no charge if you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice.
You will be charged in full if we need to cancel your treatment because you have arrived without having followed the laser pre-treatment care requirements (e.g. treatment area shaved, no recent tan, etc.).
No points are earned on discounted laser treatments.
Treatments must be completed within the specified time period set out in your Personal Treatments Plan unless a time extension has been agreed by us in writing. Otherwise any balance will be treated as if a refund (see above).
A credit balance will expire and be forfeited 12 months after the last treatment or the payment date, whichever is later.
Prepayment credits are not transferable to any other person.

Waxnlaser Limited operates the website www.waxnlaser.co.nz. As part of our operations we may gather certain types of information about the users of our website:
- Personally Identifiable Information. This is provided by you when you complete one of our online forms on our website with the exception of our Submit a Review form. Providing this information will always be optional for you. However, some services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide it.
- Aggregated Data. This information is generated by our systems as they track traffic through our sites. This information does not identify you personally and is not linked to the personally identifiable information that you may have provided.
Who we share this information with:
The information may be hosted with a service provider. Our agreements with them protect the information that we collect from any unauthorised use.
Your personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties when we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law.

We have collected this information in order to provide the best possible service to you in the area of beauty therapy. To this end we may use the information that you provide for the following purposes:
- To process any transactions that you might make on our site.
- To help provide any other services that you have requested.
- To offer the most relevant information suitable to you and your interests.
- For any marketing, promotional, publicity, marketing or market research that we might undertake.
- For any other purposes for which you have given permission.
